Synopsis
“Uploaded” is a contemporary narrative with a futuristic twist. It’s been a year since Grace’s divorce. She was left with very few belongings, which became a problem for her daughter Jane. Once a spoiled princess who had everything.
The ex-husband has stolen the entire family capital and now has a baby with another woman. The desperate Grace is forced to live in poorer conditions. The angry Jane gives her mother all the blame. Through all the stress, Grace becomes an alcoholic.
The constant quarrels and the lack of communication lead the two to a therapist. When there is still no improvement after a year, the therapist makes Dr Granger gives the two a last suggestion: an experiment called “Mind Uploading,” which has never been used on humans before. The experiment fails, and a strange scenario arises.
